Baby Clothing & Equipment
Lifeline provides clothing and equipment for babies and children up to age two. These are given free of charge to families in financial hardship, and especially to those who have no access to other sources of help or local family support. The New born starter pack includes 7 sets of clothes, a Moses basket and blankets.
Practical aid depends on our stocks. Baby clothes are always available. You may have to wait for larger items such as cots as they depend on when we receive donations. We rely on the generosity of donors for all items of clothing and equipment. Donations of new and good quality second hand baby clothes and equipment are accepted throughout the year.
Requests for practical aid must come through a social care or health professional. They should call 0131 557 2060.
